Ordering Standards

All orders usually ship within 1-3 days from receipt of order (if in stock). For items that are back ordered...GROOVEYARD.CA will e-mail you the status of your shipment and confirm whether you would like us to hold your entire shipment until complete, ship as is, or ship as is now and ship the backorder later.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. All orders, unless indicated by you, will be sent via regular post. Items over 2cm in height and/or over 500 grams will be shipped via expedited parcel. Claims for shortages or damages in transit should be made with the carrier. GROOVEYARD.CA is not responsible and does not accept any liability for items lost, damaged or stolen while in transit.

Shipping Costs (up to 4 CD's or 2 DVD's)
Regular post $2.50 (Must be less than 2 cm in thickness).
Expedited parcel $4.95 - $5.95 (Ships ground anywhere in Canada 2-7 business days delivery with tracking number).
Express Post $5.95 - $9.95 (Anywhere in Canada delivery in 2 business days).
*Some larger or heavier shipments may be slightly higher for Express Post delivery.

Orders can be accepted by Mail or Fax.

Please include your name, address, and daytime phone number. Please include the catalog number, artist, title, price, format, and quantity ordered. Please indicate any special shipping instructions.

All orders must be paid for before they leave our warehouse. NO COD orders !!!!
