Returns:

You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before making a return: To request an RMA number simply email us at orders@grooveyard.ca and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email what you what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned:

Any unopened item(s) may be returned to us for a full store/web site credit (less shipping). Defective items will be replaced with the same item. If a CD jewel case is cracked or damaged... let us know and we will replace it. All used CD's and DVD’s are guaranteed. If the CD sold does not work with your CD player… simply return it for an exchange for any other used CD listed or a credit towards any other purchase at GROOVEYARD.CA

Most of the items we sell can be returned. The only items we sell which cannot be returned are items of an intimate nature. Items are considered intimate apparel if they come in contact with the genital area. For example, body jewelry, panties, pantyhose, and swimwear are considered intimate apparel. All returns must be in their original packaging, and the original packaging must be undamaged. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

What cannot be returned:

No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt. (for web orders…7 days after receipt of product). Items of an intimate nature cannot be returned. For example, panties and swimwear are considered intimate apparel. However, panties and swimwear are not the only items considered intimate apparel. An item is considered intimate apparel if in normal wear it comes in contact with the genital area. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with damaged packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund must be made within 7 days of receipt. Returns more than 7 days old will be eligible for store credit only. A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all returns for refund. NOTE: there is no restocking fee for exchanges.

Shipping of return/exchange:

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges back to GROOVEYARD.CA (except where error is made by our staff and/or authorization is granted). Exchanges for guaranteed used CD’s/DVD’s and some clothing (same style but different size) will be shipped back to the buyer FREE. All other exchanges for different items will be charged regular shipping.
